Your Higher Self constantly tells you what is in your highest and best interest. Listen and your life will flow so smoothly you will wear a smile on your face more often than not.

The very excellent thing about being in touch with your Spirit, Higher Self, Soul-all the same thing–is listening to the soft whispers-the messages you miss until you understand communication with your Higher Self.

What do I mean? Well, have you ever gone online to find something you want to know–only you mis-type a word and wind up somewhere else–where you find a piece of information you have been seeking for a long time and had given up finding?

Pretty neat the way that happens.

That kind of thing happens all the time. Last night I was in the grocery store and chose to walk down a certain aisle on my way to the other end of the store. Wow! I had forgotten to put something on my list that was in that aisle.

I could have walked down a different aisle yet my Higher Self guided me to choose that one. When I sensed the guidance I followed it.

I learned the hard way never to ignore whispers. When you fail to pay attention or act on the whispers then the Universe gets louder and louder offering the same message. Finally it shouts at you in a way, trust me here, you want to avoid.

When you miss the whispers the Universe grabs your attention with some horrific event. For me it was getting hit over the head by a client back in the days when I worked in crisis care.

You would think I would have learned to listen for signs after my world turned upside-down. Not this stubborn Taurus. I endured a few life-threatening ordeals before the light bulb went on for me.

Now I get it pretty quickly. In fact, now I look for those communications all day long. I discovered I can get accurate information about every little as well as every big decision I make in life.

Let me share an example of how powerful being in touch with your own Spirit can be.

I live 25 minutes from the stores where I shop. Understandably I do not want to waste time or gas going to the store to buy a particular item unless they have it in stock.

So before heading to the store the other day I asked my Spirit if the salad I buy in the quantity I buy it was in stock. This particular store varies its merchandise so I made a number of trips only to be disappointed in the past.

That day I got a clear message the item was in stock. And when I got to the store I got the last bag. Phew! Then in the next store I was looking for a product then realized I could save myself time by asking if the store carried it at all. I got a “No.” So I went on to other business.

Your Spirit communicates with you all the time. When you learn to recognize what it says you will move out of struggle into flow.
