That’s also a lie. " How true, like so many lies we are told on a daily basis. These lies then turn to self blame, as the few control the many, control the resources and keep us in permanent fear. Best example I can think of in this area is the complete rubbish published about 'The law of attraction', what a beautiful marketing scam to part a desperate crowd from their money. None of these teachers made any money using the LOA, instead they made money by teaching it to others and charging for it. Then we are told to take responsibilty and follow the guidelines, ha ha, the horse has already bolted. Is the true self the mind that thinks the thoughts? then who is the Thinker? It is only when one realized that everything we need is already here, just start looking instead of thinking. I love your story! Thank you. Are you familiar with Theodore I. Rubin's book "Compassion and Self-Hate"? His "Angry Book" is also great.
