It may not seem like it, but there are incredible opportunities right now for you to transform yourself in wonderful and expansive ways–even though it may feel like your mind and ego have ramped-up and are fighting to keep the illusion of separation in place.

One of the easiest ways the mind can keep you feeling separate is by keeping you in a state of anxiety, fear, or panic. Fear is a very powerful weapon of the mind. The fear that feels incredibly personal to you is not personal at all.
