Maybe it was coming up to Valentine’s Day and you didn’t have a significant other to share it with.

There are all kinds of things you can focus on. And maybe, you lost sleep or weren’t at your peak during the day because of it. Let’s face it. We can worry pretty darned well when something is right in front of us. Because there isn’t anything you can’t be, do or have! (Limitless Life Coaching)

Do you ever question why your life is going the way it is and why you are having the experiences you are? Well, if you have been reading my articles, I have presented some basic understanding of the universal laws and principles that are at the core. You now know that everything is energy and vibration, including your the thoughts you think, and the feelings that you feel. You know that the Law of Attraction is responding to how you feel as a result of your thoughts and brings more of the same. This means that what you think, feel and experience are always a vibrational match. And this also means that if you change the thoughts to ones that feel better, you will have better feeling experiences. This is the power you have all day, everyday, and worth putting into practice. Perhaps they may have painful memories of previous failures, rejection or discouragement they have suffered. Paralyzed by fear, they are unable to take the smallest step forward. Instead they get stuck in analysis paralysis, procrastinate and find endless reasons why they cannot begin something right away, such as they lack of money, time, education or skills.

But they are only kidding themselves, as they put their dreams on hold while they wait for their circumstances to improve. Read More→

People say “You have power, or take your power back!” What are they talking about?

Here area few examples of times when you have your power:
You have your power when; you have realized and accepted that you have choice. At any given moment you always have at least 2 choices. To do or not to do, to go or not to go, to say or not to say, to react or not to…

You have your power when you take responsibility for your actions. This means whether the consequences of your actions were good or bad, you take responsibility for them. “What did I do, or not do to help create this situation?” Read More→

There is a reason that we speak of New Year’s Resolutions, or purchase books from the “self-help” shelf, or hire life coaches. We aren’t where we want to be. Yes, we may have contentment in some categories of our lives, but often we find certain segments of ourselves lacking. Whether it be what we find in the mirror, our wallet, or our soul, our life always seems to beckon us toward growth. We want “different” and “better”. But, if this desire is so universal and so predictable, why is it also not more potent? Why doesn’t mere “wanting” produce change and transformation?

1. Often we don’t know the “how” behind the change. We know where we are, and what we long for, but we seem to be without compass, map, or adequate orienteering skills. Read More→
