An affirmation is a statement that is being declared as something to be true as defined in the dictionary. So how come so many affirmations do not work?
The problem with affirmations does not lie within the affirmation. An affirmation MUST click with you. It must resonate with you. It must feel true even if your circumstances are far from what you are declaring.
