		<description>This is such great advice. I sweat it&#039;s so simple and that&#039;s why people overlook it. I have been incorporating these habits into my life for quite some time. I still get overwhelmed, just like everyone, but it sure does help to stop and breathe and remember that things are as they are in the moment. The part I have the most trouble with is remembering to &#039;reach for better thoughts.&#039; That&#039;s SO very helpful when a person is stressed, and it&#039;s easier to do that it sounds. Thanks for posting this.</description>
