The average person does not communicate well. Most communication is ineffective. Communication skills cannot be a substitute for authenticity. Caring, and understanding. They can help us express these qualities more effectively.

Good people skills not only get you what you want, they will bring out the best in your relationships.

Energy within relationships attracts an equal and opposite energy. Energetic polarity between the sexes governs the quality of our interactions. The men and women around us, respond directly to the energy we are “giving off”. Energetic communication is so powerful that it appears to override reason.

I was talking with Ryan yesterday. He’s about seven months into a divorce proceeding and pretty bitter about it. We’ve talked about his 13-year marriage many times, exploring it from different angles to learn more about Ryan. This marriage is his third; this divorce is his third.
