What are you doing this week that you actually don’t want to do?
Clues are when you hear yourself saying ‘I have to…’, I must…’, ‘I should…’. This is the language of reluctance, obligation and coercion. It may seem that this is inevitable but is it?

Not living in the now or understanding the art of just being is one of the major reasons why most people fail to create the lifestyle and success they desire. We are so absorbed with what has happened in the past and how this has affected our present that we allow things that have happened years before to limit our performance and restrict our potential. I often hear stories from people in their late twenties, thirties and even forties, talking about how growing up with an alcoholic father or abusive controlling mother, is holding them back and restricting their performance.
When you say, “Today I will…”, can you feel the promise and possibility in these words?
Energy within relationships attracts an equal and opposite energy. Energetic polarity between the sexes governs the quality of our interactions. The men and women around us, respond directly to the energy we are “giving off”. Energetic communication is so powerful that it appears to override reason.
